Blake Air Conditioning specializes in valued engineering. Featuring complete in house computer aided drafting (CAD)
utilizing "Auto CAD." Design build applications are a cost effective way of getting your heating, ventilating, or air conditioning (HVAC) system desirable. All equipment, workmanship and materials remain consistent with the strict standards of the California Energy Commission. These standards are updated frequently through the use of the latest energy analysis software. With this software, upon your request you can receive an 18-70 page Title-24 report. These reports will provide you with all the criteria used to perform the heat load calculations. This method of design helps to ensure the right size equipment has been selected.

Selecting the right equipment is only the start of our design build process. Having a ducting system that utilizes the performance of the equipment is critical. The system must be designed to the specifications of the equipment manufacturer. If the system is designed incorrectly the proper air distribution is almost impossible. We make sure that every room is properly evaluated and the ductwork properly sized within our design threshold. All of our design data is achieved through engineering calculations as well as decades of first hand evaluations.
